"Look no further if you want a reasonably priced, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable hotel. Hôtel Leon is just perfect. It is a 25 minute walk (flat) from the hotel to the centre of Verona, and only 20 minutes from the main railway station. Staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was only the basic room but … wow!!! It had all that we needed, including a very welcome free bottle of water. Well stocked minibar; very reasonable prices! The bed was very comfortable so we had a super night’s sleep despite a howling thunderstorm outside! Didn’t hear a thing! Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice and plenty of it so none of that awful wait for the bacon to be refilled! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Verona."
