Staff were very friendly, helped us call a taxi, provide extra pillows and water and also opened some wine for us. Room was very tidy and spacious, very comfortable bed. Had some trouble with the power sockets cutting out when using the hairdryer.

Decent stayed at this property, clean room but they do need shower curtains because the water sprayed everywhere as other reviews had mentioned! If you’re a light sleeper like me, be sure to ask a room at the back of the property, I was assigned to a room facing the main road, it was quite loud! I went to the front desk asked to change room but the lady worked there wasn’t too pleasant and gave me an excuse that the hotel was fully booked.. Breakfast was good, many choices. And it’s about 30 minutes walk to old town Verona.

For a hotel celebrating its 40th anniversary it was incredibly clean and well maintained. Only thing we found a slight inconvenience was the lack of air conditioning in the hotel room, this wouldn’t have been such an issue if the temperature outside hadn’t been reaching 38*. The reception staff were very helpful and the restaurant manager made our staying easier due to travelling with autism and food allergies, he made sure we had a table for dinner each night even though the restaurant had been fully booked. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family. There were gluten free options for breakfast which was included. The hotel was in a great area for taxis and buses to get around, also walking would usually be possible but the extreme temperatures made that quite difficult.

Nice Hotel

Spent 4 nights at the Hotel Leopardi, room was a good size and very clean with daily housekeeping. Nice bathroom, big TV in the room. Buffet style breakfast in the morning which could have been better but service was great and would definitely stay again. Very close to the airport also.

The rooms are sizable, clean, and modern. The temp control is obviously a great feature. The cleaning staff were professional and thorough. Front desk staff were mixed on service quality and helpfulness. The check in was rushed and sloppy. No explanation of the property, WiFi, parking. When asked for what should have been explained upfront, the staff seemed bothered. The gym is useless, and I mean that wholeheartedly. The equipment is completely outdated, sticky, and the one yoga mat is all you may fit in between the equipment. No AC or air ventilation either. Breakfast was okay. Quality of bread was low for Italy.
