This hotel is in full decline. I have been a supporter and loyal guests for many years but the hotel needs refurbishment of rooms and some public areas. It has a great location with convenient snorkeling. It seems some of the hotel employees are not motivated to offer guests a warm and welcome service. They almost act like security guards and are intrusive. The hotel and staff are trying to grab monies and the daily injection of many cruise ship passengers has diluted the peace, quality of food and drinks. It seems the cruise ship passengers paying for their all inclusive day pass are treated better than the paying hotel guests. The parking was good but too many questions about check in and check out which left a feeling of let's not book here again! I believe most of the hotel employees could do with retraining to understand the paying guests are guests!!! Overall the stay while short was not the best and will not book again. I used to send all my guests here but that will not happen again following this very disappointing stay. They did offer a welcome drink but we were allocated a dirty old room with no view on the 4th floor, avoid this room! 1420. My guests were given a ground floor room close to the pool which was cool but again their feedback was dirty bed sheets, old decir and tired room! The food and drink quality is now very poor and would not eat here. HDB
