“We liked the overall layout of the property and loved that our room was close to the beach. It's great to have palapas, chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, etc. available too. We really enjoyed the beach, pool, and bar. The bartenders were great and would make anything you wanted. The food was kind of hit and miss. We were glad to have the Secret's buffet next door available to us. As for entertainment provided, we really weren't interested in it so can't comment on that. Overall, we had a great……

“Negative...our room smelled like a sewer every time we walked in. Concierge was very pushy about listening to their vacation packages. Positive notes...wait staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their food options. Beaches were clean. I recommend Preferred Cub and claiming your beach chairs early. They disappear fast”

“We’ve been coming to the Westin every year and continue to enjoy our stay. It’s one of the nicest properties in Cozumel. It does have its share of opportunities because it is getting older and with the property on the water, it becomes harder to maintain. Overall though, the staff has continued to treat us very well. Huge thanks to Carlos the manager and Carlos the who served us at the pool. Looking forwards to coming back again next year. ”

“Very nice hotel with easy access to snorkeling and diving. Confortable bed, nice spacious rooms with balcony. Friendly staff. The hotel has two restaurants but both serve the same food. That said, the food is good and they have a big menu. No convenience stores nearby nor shops but the taxi to the center is about 10 dollars. We had a great time. Would return and do recommend.”

“This was an incredible property in terms of landscaping and design and each villa has unique features. We had a hot tub and an outdoor plunge pool which felt like a private resort. The breakfast was some of the best food we had during our whole stay. Humberto was super helpful as was everyone on the property. We rented bikes and biked to beaches ten minutes away. Nearby restaurants close very early though so if you don’t have a car, dinner has to be ordered in or you can pre-order dinner on the……

“Robbie, Julia, and the entire staff were amazing! They were quick to attend to all our needs. Our two-bedroom condo was in great condition. Everything was new and clean. We were welcomed with water, mini Coronas, Nespresso coffee pods, and toiletries. The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the stunning views of the ocean and the city. However, since we stayed on the first level, our unit was a bit noisy from the street. I suggest choosing a higher floor to avoid any disturbance. I highly……
