"The front desk staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. I am appreciated them listening to my concerns and always seemed willing to give more than I ask for especially the tall quiet guy that works the night shifts. The custodial staff were not as polite. The area is full of food options, trampoline spot for children, shopping for adults, movies and mall next door. It was minutes from historical sights and a good selection of churches. "

"We were greeted and placed in rooms immediately. We noticed the ac wasn’t working right so we were placed in a diff room quickly. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had at any other hotel that was complimentary. Beds were comfy. Pool was easily accessible compared to other hotels we have been to as well. "

"Everyone employee was extremely helpful and easy to work with other than Sashsa. I’m sure I am misspelling His name, and he was there only 2 days out of my entire week. I stopped at the front desk to discuss possibly honoring the rate that I currently had, as I was a travel nurse and looking to partner with a hotel for the next several weeks while here working. Sasha stated I was getting a reduced internet price as is, and that he could not honor this price nor offer me a healthcare travel rate, the best he could offer me was 74 a night! The internet offers better deals than this! I basically got the room for a week for 350 for the week. Funny thing is… I just looked and can get the room for 325 a week now. So NO Sasha I will not deal with you directly, but will continue to utilize your hotel at a discounted rate of n spite of you and your rudeness! I give him - stars "
