“Would have rated it 5 stars overall, but one or two things were allowed to run out. For example, the Aspels cider, the decaf tea sachets, and the decaf coffee sachets. Better checking on such things on a regular basis would prevent these from running out, because they could be topped up before they run out. Apart from the above shortcomings, good breakfast, good dinner, friendly and helpful staff.”

“Jos is a really lovely, helpful site manager. We love that all the basics are stocked in the vans, such as cleaning items including washing up liquid, and also cloths and bin bags which is so helpful. Also salt and pepper, cooking oil and several days of drink sachets and sugar- just bring sweetener. There are also washing machines and rotary lines, and items for the beach for children. The caravan site is in a quiet location and you're literally straight onto the sandy beach. The caravans are……

“We found the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was good and plentiful. The rooms, at least ours, have been modernised but are on the small side; offering little space to relax when not out, dining or sleeping. This is not helped by the lack of comfortable furniture on which to relax in the public area (emphasis on the 'pub'). This is at odds with the description on Expedia, which refers to "Bar and Lounge" unless I missed it during our 4 night stay! The picture of the outside of……

“Room nice and spacious. Breakfast great. Restaurant lovely Carpets need a good clean in accommodation. Noisy deliveries from 7am. We put drinks on room during day time; then were charged for all of them on dinner receipt (therefore we were charged service charge on daytime bar drinks). Bizarre given we had added card to room for that exact purpose (I didn’t want to have a card allocated to room, but was told it wasn’t optional, then had bill presented at dinner anyway). Was almost like they……
