“The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment.”

“Lovely cottage in perfect location. Super Central, two minutes walk to the centre of Holt. Huge park of the back of the property, perfect for people travelling with dogs. Parking also a bonus. I have thoroughly enjoyed my staying and we’ll definitely book again.”

“Sandy Shores is a nice relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room, bathroom walk in shower good. Enclosed rear garden with table and chairs just right to sit and relax in the morning or after a day roaming. Bus stop a few minutes away to Cromer onwards to Sheringham, can use bus pass. Buses don't run very late so look at timetable. Christine and Dave have a lovely place which feels cosy and welcoming when you arrive. Would recommend highly. In fact will probably return.”

“We had a lovely holiday. The location was fantastic - so lovely and quiet with amazing beach walks and views. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious. The beds were very, very comfortable. Living room was spacious, it was nice to have a Freesat TV with NOW TV. The sofas were comfortable. The kitchen was a little bit cramped, but was very well equipped and had everything we needed. “Beautiful, well equipped and presented accommodation and although the place is dog friendly it was very clean. It is in a very quiet secluded spot with plenty of birds and two squirrels kept us well entertained.A lovely couple renting the place out and the welcome pack was very appreciated.We will go back again as we both enjoyed a relaxing break.”

"The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. The flat has no air con, but two fans. It is still bearable despite the heat wave."
