"Waterbury not considered safest place yet parking garage was fairly secure (would have preferred 24/7 staff manning booth. Liked fact lobby could not be accessed without room key. If it were not for usage by housekeeping of fragrance's in rooms would have given an excellent review"

"The elevator was inoperable during my stay, which was an inconvenience. The person on duty was able to accommodate my party and keep it on the main level to avoid using the stairs, which I can't do due to health issues. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the breakfast being served. The breakfast was more of a snack than a breakfast. There was bread( white or wheat) to toast, blueberry muffins(mini), pastries that were cut into strips, yogurt, a pancake machine (they were not fully cooked), and 2 kinds of dry cereal plus oatmeal. This was the same each day. It was not what I would have expected from this hotel. Overall, the stay was enjoyed. The rooms were clean, and it was quiet. "
