The open floor plan with plenty of seating is perfect for a large group to stay together, nice size dining area to eat and play games, and we never ran out of hot water. "Eleven of us came to town for a wedding. There was a little mix up with the amount of beds in each room we needed but it was fixed right away. The hosts were on top of it and we were able to continue to enjoy the home. The kitchen was great to cook in and the pool area was wonderful for hosting a small get together. "The house overall was nice. The bed in the master bedroom was really uncomfortable. The pool was not so nice. The vacuum hose kept coming off so we had to keep putting it on. Around the pool there were big chunks of cement and cracks.. It look like they had tried to fill it in or something. You have to really watch your step in the backyard because it would be very easy to trip and fall."

"The house is in a great location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is new and nice. Access to the gym and pool at the clubhouse are a great perk! The kitchen has your very basic needs, just enough to get by. There were only 4 coffee mugs, 1 plastic cup and 1 glass. They could use a few more drinking glasses/cups. No bar stools, so seating only for 4 at the table. No extra towels, just enough for each person we had (4). Could use a few new pillows. The beds only had the pillows that...

House sleeps 14 if you count pairs sleeping in the beds above the two twins; We had most of us that were not couples, but we were able to make it work pretty well with the 11 we had there.
