“House was in a great location to all of the things we wanted to do on our trip - horseback riding, hiking, tubing and fishing. Also close to downtown. The home was clean, cozy and has a well stocked kitchen. The porch was a great place to hang out. We saw lots of deer and white squirrels. Would definitely recommend! :)”

“We stayed here for the Maggie valley hillbilly jam. The house was cozy just like the pictures. The host was wonderful to work with. The refrigerator was not cooling or freezing appropriately when we got there and she was very quick to come check it out and bring in another small one for us. Just a couple of things to consider… like I said I have no complaints what so ever just something’s that caught my eye but nothing that would make me not stay here again! - the beds are SUPER soft… I think……

“Very close to devils fork state park. Great if you have a boat and want to enjoy the lake! We had 5 adults and used 3/4 rooms. Pleanty of space for us. Really enjoyed the screened in porch. Happy we were able to bring our dogs!”

“This small, unique cottage is not elaborate, but had all the things my brother and I (Ages 79, 80) were looking for in an "out of the way" location. Shopping BEFORE arriving is helpful because the nearest Grocery is several miles away. It is in driving distance of many wonderful places to see in the NC mountains. Not for everyone - but for us - it was great!”
