“Owner was quick to respond to questions and offered suggestions. Very nice property with nice touches to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Kitchen was stocked with spices and items to save travelers from buying large quanities. Loved ha ving multuple wahers and dryers to get laundry done quickly. Quiet at night for sleeping. Would stay here again!”

“Amazing property and all of the amenities one could ask for. We loved it! We also found a stunning sunset just across a bridge on the west side of town! We do have one suggestion…make use of the outside space! It’s not a big space, but more than enough for a decorated seating area, perhaps even a fire pit (real or gas) for when the weather turns cooler).”

“Recommend! This is just as described - a spacious, peaceful home. Great rest after a day hiking Glacier. The beds are all firm and comfortable. Has everything we needed. Very clean, and although close to the highway we did not hear traffic noise. ”

“This was as close to the homestead experience as city slickers like us are likely to get. The cabin is small, tidy, authentic and, naturally, has no air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, etc. The shower/toilet are 75 yards away across the prairie grass. The hosts who run it (and the adjoining county museum) are friendly and accommodating. The director is passionate and knowledgeable about history, but not entirely sensitive to the exhaustion and time constraints of weary travelers. Perhaps he could……
