“Didn't partake in breakfast or visited the casino. Staff was friendly, however, check-in needs improvement. Staff insisted that check-in starts at 4 pm and not earlier. They turned people away. At 4 pm, there was a line out the door and only one staff to check in travellers.”

“Breakfast was about mediocre, but as you would expect, right? I stayed for one week and the washing machine was broken the entire time. Having access to laundry for such a long stay was something I considered when choosing the hotel, and in packing, so having to drive to a laundromat and wait there for a few hours was a real bummer. But other than that, not the worse place to stay for a week in Great Falls and certainly cheaper than the alternatives. Very clean facility.”

“Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against……

They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.”
