“the staff are super nice and helpful. We joined a local tour via the hotel but the experience was not that good, as the guide came 35 minutes earlier than the booking time, and that we were toured to a silk shop for an hour. The hotel did collect our feedback and reverted to the agency. The spa and the breakfast are wonderful as well. Yet the pool condition can be improved. In conclusion, the hotel is good value for money. ”

“I can not say enough good things about this property. It is easily now my favorite hotel in Da Nang. The lobby is cozy and always smells nice. All the staff is friendly. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The views from the room and the lounge at the top of the property are spectacular. It's across the street from the beach, a short walk to downtown, lots of food options nearby. I really couldn't ask for more. The breakfast buffet is very nice and convenient. Lots of great dishes……
