“Dora was friendly, professional, and very prompt to respond to our questions and requests. The loft was beautifully curated and spotless. Within walking distance of the fairgrounds, it was absolutely perfect for State Fair goers. Food rides: excellent! We visited Culpepper Cattle Company and Campisi’s and both were top notch. A lovely stay!”

“The unit was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen/laundry area is a bit tight, but the unit is otherwise spacious and liveable. We did not use the pool or other outdoor areas; they seem a bit rundown and dated but functional. We would gladly stay here again.”

“The property was clean and in a great location near Fair Park/Cotton Bowl. The host was friendly, although communication was occasionally delayed. For example, I asked about an additional towel for the sixth person in our group on Friday evening but did not receive a response until Saturday evening. Additionally, the bathroom hand soap was empty, and the listed check-in time was incorrect. The listing stated 2 PM, but the actual check-in time was 3 PM.
Overall, this was a great place in a……

“This property is located on a quiet street, centrally located to many attractions in Dallas. Grocery, restaurants and entertainment are located quite close. The host is responsive to messages. We had some issues when we first arrived and contacted the host letting them know. The apartment was dirty, lots of dust, sticky floors and smelly rooms. At first they responded saying that the sticky floors were due to the cleaning solution used, but when we sent pictures they sent someone to clean the……

“The property is part of a wider complex that had recently experienced a significant fire with a number of the other units in the complex completely gutted and being rebuilt.
The fire was not disclosed in the listing and only advised by the owner that there was construction occurring a day or two prior.
When inside the property it was extremely dirty and unclean with significant layers of dust, bugs and grime on many surfaces. There was also an abundance of cobwebs, almost as if the place had……
