“This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of...

“Wonderful amenities and beautiful property ”

“Terrible experience. Got towed and cost me an extra $335. Visitor parking was full. Only 3 spots on the apartment side. Registered and parked at the closest spot next to it that wasn't labeled reserved. Basically an old apartment complex with a passive aggressive host. Asked for entry 40 mins early but was denied. Do not stay here!”

“Price was very reasonable and responsiveness of owner excellent. Bed was comfortable and living area met our needs well. A couple of hiccups that would improve the property. Several areas in the ceiling of the bedroom 2nd floor below the open-air deck had hanging paint and plaster dangling from obvious prior ceiling water leaks. The stairs from the main living area to the bedroom have no railing or hand holds creating safety hazard. One evening when gently pulling the curtains closed in...
