There were black stains like if they hadn’t been washed or replaced. The sheets also appeared dirty like they hadn’t been replaced either. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so when needing ice I had to go down to the desk and ask for some. They did have a freezer next to the ice machine with a few zip lock bags with ice in them but I didn’t feel comfortable cause I don’t know if they been tampered with or how long those bags have been in the freezer. The room cards at times didn’t work at the back entrance. Then again at the front desk was really dismissive. I’m a pretty chill individual, but this was an ear piercing alarm constantly going off to the point where I checked out early because I could not stand to be in that room any longer. There were several people in the lobby who stated the same thing.
