“We loved your spot ! We were a little confused with the check in process but our host was available right away to answer questions ! The floor in the unit was tilted , so we decided to continue driving and stay elsewhere . ”

“A little dated in the interior. But clean and well maintained”

“Great location, extremely clean. What you see in the pictures is exactly what to expect. Very unique place and I plan staying again sometime. This is nothing to do with the property - Bring water unless you are comfortable drinking out of the sink. The town is small and everything was closed when we arrived with the exception of a local brewery which we had a wonderful time at.”

“My wife and I had a fantastic time staying in the Dawn apartment. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to Stone Mountain and surrounding shops and restaurants. ”

“Pros: Mattress Location Hot water Stayed at countless properties prior to this - never given a bad review. Cons: Owner completely NON RESPONSIVE!! All of these issues were brought to the owner’s attention upon arrival. NO RESOLUTION to any issue by owner 1) Check in – nothing from owner. Did not received location or how to enter property. We arrived in Atlanta after check in time (required a call to the VRBO service line to get address and contact from property owner– VRBO service was……

“Loved the location and pictures where accurate. Plenty of places to eat and access to multiple grocery stores. A good in between location between North Decatur and Scottdale. Bed slept great. It is set up for two people plus pullout couch. Amenities are fantastic and nice to have parking garage access. Washer and Dryer a nice added feature. It would have been nice to have a very small table next to the bed and an extra side chair in the living room. Took extra time to replace a battery in smoke……
