"Breakfast left a lot of room for improvement- bagels toast English muffins and cold cereal, apples bananas and juice that’s it. Not even yogurt. Stingy with clean towels/ wash rags as well. All in all stay was adequate (8 days) but could’ve easily been better."

"The air conditioner in the room sounded like the furnace in the movie Home Alone. The refrigerator squealed. The shower did not drain at all. And flooded the bathroom. That would explain the nasty and moldy mildew smell the room had. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. and we're told check-in was not until 3:00 and we would have to wait 10 minutes or pay $10 to check in early. About time of day there was nobody in the lobby and nobody in the parking lot the building was pretty empty. Thought that was sort of odd."

"Between Travelocity and the hotel there was lack of ownership in resolving a billing dispute- each blaming the other. Recommend you stay away from both companies combined it's a trainwreck."

"We found bed bugs in our bed! They moved us to another room but we still felt uncomfortable staying there and left early. We were told they have a bug exterminator come once a month, but I have my doubts. When it comes to maintenance, I think they are just cheap. The door in the bathroom was replaced, and it was easy to tell it was not done be a professional. They seem understaffed and trying to get by on the cheap. But the bed bugs were the real reason we would never stay there again and we question whether we would stay at any comfort inn."
