The 2nd room we stayed in was great. Clean, smelled good, and beds were comfortable, but the first room we had smelled like urine and there was hair on the toilet seat. The front desk person gave us a bit of a hassle when we asked to switch rooms. He said he had to come up to our room and smell it himself. Then he said he didn’t smell anything, but we insisted that we did and we were the ones that were going to be sleeping in there, so then we had to go back downstairs so he could see what roo. To switch us to. It wasted our time and seemed unnecessary. Once we switched rooms, everything was fine.

Very clean room, and the dining and breakfast area was phenomenally clean with a well chosen variety of breakfast foods! Excellent and courteous front desk staff, And Never have I ever used a quiet flushing toilet! Big WOW on that amenity! My husband and I were very pleased. 5 stars and applause for Best Western plus!

The stay was pleasant and my family really enjoyed it. Breakfast was great, coffee is tasty, great selection of food, especially was surprised by fresh and tasty fruits that were offered. Staff is polite and makes you feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

For the price, this hotel felt very clean and well kept. It was a great value. Unfortunately, we had a couple of hiccups that made us uncomfortable. The alarm clock was set to go off at 6:00am, and it was a holiday weekend. Then the clock alarm in the next room went off continuously. Staff should check alarm clocks to make sure they are OFF.
