“Check in was amazing the staff is so sweet and kind! The ambiance is beautiful and rustic! The room was super cute as well if you like a firm bed you will love it but it killed my hips and back. Breakfast had lots of choices would have loved to see more meat ( sausage or bacon) but for free I’m not complaining! Loved the fire pit and the pool the have adult swim for the last half hour which is nice I wish the hot tub was working but I get maintenance!! The vibe was very adult even though there……

“Provided everything we needed for a weekend stay”

“I was held up in Texas due to weather so I couldn't make it to Des Moines. I understood I was supposed to cancel earlier. I contacted Expedia and they indicated they couldn't cancel. I called the hotel and spoke with a gentlemen at The Best Western and he indicated if Expedia contacts him he would cancel. Expedia didn't even try to contact the hotel. Expedia was the problem not the hotel.”

“What a nice new property that was super clean. A modern style with walk-in shower and a extra large tv. The breakfast was Hilton good with all the extras. Only thing missing was a hot tub by the nice pool.”

“Rooms were clean, but air conditioner was real noisy in first room. Maggie the desk clerk was very gracious and changed our room. The new room was very good. Beds are comfortable, we were not able to have breakfast as the shuttle picked us up before breakfast was open. Parking was easy and staff were friendly and accommodating.”

“The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. That indeed was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and healthy foods. My……

“I stayed here for a conference being held at another hotel, and choosing this location was absolutely the right move. It was only about 8 minutes away and saved me over $100 compared to the conference hotel — and honestly, I think I got the better experience. The vibe of the place is fun and modern. I loved the booth-style seating in the room, and the wallpaper was unusual in the best way — it fit the theme perfectly. Everything was super clean, easy to navigate, and felt fresh. I didn’t try……
