“Everything was just as advertised”

“It is excellent for its price. It's not the cleanest place, but everything is functioning, and it's three minutes walk from the beach! Great restaurant nearby too.”

“Good breakfast. Nice facilities”

“Good hotel with a side view of beach. They charged extra for breakfast and parking and did not have a coffee maker in the room or an alarm clock. Parking was very crowded with a lot small spaces designated for compact cars (duh) instead of a all standard size spaces. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. They are building a new hotel on the side so there will probably not be any more side beach view rooms after this year. All nearby restaurants were exorbitant with all but one place in gulf……

“Beach view, staff, breakfast”

“I felt the hotel need to be updated, I had read somewhere that it was newly renovated but it was not. There was only one working elevator for everyone even the cleaning staff to use for the first couple of day so that was a very one wait at times. Room was clean but just old with broken chair not able to sit in.”

“Great place, very clean and the view was beautiful. Only downside was they only had 3 handicap spots and the paid parking was a very long walk. They had valet but we like to do it ourselves. They didn’t have enough bag carts and wanted to put you on a waiting list to get one. Also, only had elevators at one end of the resort and it was a very long walk to the gulf view rooms.”

“Hotel was great! Only complaint I have was the breakfast staff. They were overwhelmed and needed more help. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Coffee shop was very cute, and great food, but also overwhelmed at the counter. In their defense it was Memorial Day weekend. Other wise it was a great place to stay!”

“This was our first time to Perdido Beach Resort, we will definitely be back. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was great, we found beautiful shells on the beach and the pool is clean and warm. Loved it!”

“The employees were great! The balconies are dingy and in need of some love. That goes for the pool as well. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my child swim in it. Also needs some umbrellas to allow some shade. The room itself was clean.”
