“Room clean other than the floor. The breakfast was empty an hr before it ended. No food left other than cereal”

“The manager was Extremely nice. There was definitely some things that should not have been going on our room, the manager did change the room. Then housekeepers are not keeping supplies in the room as needed. The manager did apologize and offered to discount our stay but wasn’t sure how to do so with Expedia, I do think some discount should be given for issues presented to the manager. ”

“The room was clean and looked new. However the shampoo and conditioner in shower was empty. The room had wood floors and thus was noisy when people walk around above you. There were lots of teenagers running and talking in hallways until after midnight ”
