"Everything about this hotel was outstanding. From the views of the sea, sunset and mountains from the swimming pool and restaurant to the rooms and service.
But what made this the best stay we had in Vietnam is the people. We unfortunately had an accident (not in the resort) and Vy was amazing with us. Constantly checked in while we were in hospital, arranged for our belongings to be kept safe and ensured we were always looked after on our return. Someone was always available to help us as we had restricted mobility and it was great to have Vy and her colleague’s support during a challenging time.
Khang, one of the bell men that kept helping us, was also very kind and helpful. Always available to assist with a smile on his face and pride in everything he does. He even drove me across the road from the resort to collect laundry even though the buggies are usually for internal use only.
Every single employee was a pleasure to interact with. We hope to visit Phu Quoc again to enjoy it in good health, and when we do there is no doubt we will stay at Lahana Resort - hoping to see you all again soon! "
