Every staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly. They did everything they could to make your stay great. The food was really good and the best breakfast we have had with huge variety. The reception desk was very helpful and extremely friendly! I will be coming back here

Beautiful big room, we had the pool access room but it would be advisable for the hotel to leave pool towels in these rooms. The beach was beautiful but couldnā€™t swim due to the rain that left pollution in the water. The restaurants were nice. Pool service very poor as every time we wanted a drink we had to ask him 3 time for service. We liked the location as it was away for everything but when you wanted to go to town it was about a 15 minute drive. Canā€™t have the best of both worlds! Would happily return

The hotel staff were wonderful. After realising our initial room had faults they upgraded us to the suite without charge. They made the effort to leave a small desert for my partner on their birthday and on our anniversary in the room. Overall I was very impressed

Convenient location for touring the island. Nice quiet area, short drive to the airport. The staff is the best thing about this resort. Everyone I encountered from reception, wait staff, yoga instructor, cleaning and ground crews would greet us with a smile and are very helpful. Unusual bathroom glass enclosure is good for couple but not for everyone. The pool is lovely but we couldnā€™t use it since we happened to be there during Vietnamese National holidays so it was overused by unruly children and loud parents!

The hotel is modern and the breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety for breakfast food. Limited restaurants available. It would have been nice if all the restaurants were available during the day. Security was a problem as a couple came to the pool off property and caused a bit of an incident with another guest.

Brilliant hotel

Booked a room with pool access which was a little misleading as the pool which is outside the room is about knee deep. Other than this was lovely hotel very clean, breakfast was amazing so much choice and variety. Hotel has its own stunning private beach too. One of them hotels where you donā€™t need to leave
