“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“This was our second stay at the Barcelo Aruba. The hotel is ideally situated for us in the Palm Beach area. The staff in the hotel were excellent, particularly in The Beach Club where we mostly went to for breakfast and lunch where we were looked after by Claudia, Fernanda and Anny. In the Arubian Seafood Restaurant we were looked after by Edgard. The hotel has a very nice reception and lobby bar area, fantastic pool area with a short walk to the Barcelo Beach area. “Really beautiful resort! Everyone is nice there and willing to help. Customer service was amazing. Very family oriented. The adult pool was boring you can’t play your own music but there’s no Dj. The pool with a swim up and DJ was full of children but over all I had a wonderful stay!”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
