“During my recent stay, I experienced two issues I’d like to bring to your attention: Plumbing Issue Anytime we used the bathroom sink, water backed up onto the floor and the sink made a prolonged bubbling sound. I called the front desk to request a technician, but no one came. I had to submit a second request after nearly slipping on the water. The front desk did not appear to have a record of my initial report. Fortunately, the issue was resolved after the second request. Restaurant Service……

“Personally, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is charming; the apartments themselves are beautiful well-appointed, spacious, and meticulously maintained. The beach is lovely while not considered *the* absolute best, it is certainly beautiful and Eagle Beach (ranked among the finest in the world) is just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of pools, bars, and restaurants available. It is well worth a visit and, above all, the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous.”
