“got their own Sunday went to the lunch buffet. It had very little food left, and they weren’t filling the food . The food court was packed. This was supposed to be the low time of year so we didn’t understand. Why there were so many people there. On Monday, Tuesday it was packed so much that we couldn’t even stand in line to get drinks or food or anything because there was so many people there.the restaurant’s at night all had at least 200 people in line waiting to get in the door by the time……

“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “Isabel cleaned our room beautifully and was super professional. We loved Carlos at the main pool, excellent service! The hotel does need to add a lot more fans around the dining areas and the adult pool is extremely hot, may be because the tile is black.. just not a refreshing splash.”

“The place is pretty cool! A unique stay. Definitely not a great place if you are planning on working since their WiFi is not the best. They do have a small coworking space but the lighting is kinda bad and bad WiFi as well. Aside from that, everything was great! The plunge pool was nice, the rooms nice and clean, and breakfast was small but good.”
