“Overall, everything was good and nice”

“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “Property was beautiful. MANY stairs and hills, but they did offer a shuttle that usually was pretty prompt. Staff was very friendly and helpful Ala cart restaurants were amazing. Buffet was not very big but fuss was decent. They only allow 1 Ala cart reservation per every 3 days even tho the restaurants always had empty tables. That was disappointing.”

“This was hotel was clean with friendly staff but they had a power outage that also caused the cut off of water supply during the night and part of the morning. That lead to the pool being closed off for a couple of days. Huge bummer! We also experienced cold showers before the power outage. I’m not sure if book with them again which is a shame because it really is a great place with restaurant, bar, and a convenience store attached to it.”

“Der Aufenthalt im Suitree Experience Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war gut gepflegt und die Aussicht fantastisch. Der eigene Pool war eine tolle Abwechslung! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut, es hätte jedoch mehr Abwechslung sein können da wir 5 Nächte dort waren und Vollpension gebucht hatten. Die Karte war sehr überschaubar, das lag scheinbar daran, dass es Nebensaison war und die Gäste in der Regel eher 1-2 Nächte bleiben. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr……
