We had a couple minor issues, but they were so small that we didn’t even bother to ask for assistance - 1) dirty coffee ring on our nightstand upon check in - cleaned ourself. 2) the shower head had a leak and was spraying out over the edge of the shower onto our sink area - we put a rag over it and it was fine. “The checking-in was extremely low, the person in charge seemes not to be knowledgeable about the process. The rooms were supposed to be paid in full. At the check out they messed up, charging me what I already paid. When I realized the error, nad they the agreed that was an error on their side, they told 15-30 day to reimburse the wrong charges. Really not a very good customer service at the front desk. Restaurant and other areas the service was excellent.”
