“Hidden costs. Charge you for things you've already paid for or dont use. Charged for car park which wasn't used. Charged for breakfast which was already paid for. Very rude and blunt staff at checkout.”

“The location is not very convenient, as there are not many places within walking distance. To get to the city center or the beach, you need to drive. However, the hotel has an underground parking garage, which makes it suitable for guests traveling by car. The bathroom inside the room was quite dark, with only a light above the mirror, so the overall lighting was not sufficient. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming”
