“A wonderful hotel that is very well situated right on the seafront so the views are spectacular! Parking is a little worrying as the car park is small and tight, so larger vehicles must beware and also, very few disabled spots. The staff on reception are very friendly with good English, which helped us to not murder their beautiful language! Very attentive and certainly proactive to all requests. They were even able to offer us several UK/EU adaptors and had a box full of cables to charge……

“I need to put context to my score. The building is exquisite. You see tradition seeping through the walls and the way it was restructured into mini suites works incredibly well. The location is also exceptional. The rest of services are limited but it’s a B&B so it’s totally expected. But the dust…the dust…was everywhere. In the room in the staircase and in the entrance hall. The breakfast room instead was well cleaned. For a couple of days was fine but imagining to stay for longer would have……

However, the hotel has an underground parking garage, which makes it suitable for guests traveling by car. The bathroom inside the room was quite dark, with only a light above the mirror, so the overall lighting was not sufficient. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming”

The room we had was in the main building and was decorated in keeping with the building, clean lines and stylish. “Le Flobart is a jewel of a find. Perfect, low-key and characterful. Very clean and comfortable. Windows of our room opened-out to the road below pleasantly busy with the passing locals and to a view of the sea, including the remains of the sea-fort ruins. Check-in and check-out were effortless. The long, wide and empty sandy beach is literally just across the street. We missed enjoying Le Flobart's cuisine this time, but look forward to trying it next time. For us it is the ideal off-season……
