And when we asked to speak to the manager at the hotel the desk supervisor said he would call us in our room. Never did. Bad introduction to the property. We won’t return."

"They served me a cold hamburger that was raw in the middle. I asked for medium well done. That means warm center. This burger was stone cold, the beef fat had almost re-solidified and the center was RAW and cold. They charged me nearly $20 USD for that disaster burger. "
