“This was our second stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The location on Keuka Lake is fantastic—perfect for family of teenagers. The beach cottage was great for the boys and the expansive dock was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the lake views. Be prepared for a lot of stairs though—it’s definitely a workout, and you’ll quickly learn not to forget anything on your trips down to the beach!The house itself was very well set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.……

“Great location a short walk from Keuka College's nice little beach head, where we swam, kayaked, and played games, and a quick drive to restaurants and shops in Penn Yan. Plenty of bed space for our 4 kiddos and some toys and games to keep them occupied. Clean and comfortable, and lots of helpful instructions for appliances and lights posted throughout the house. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back through!”
