"I thought I was booking a quaint house with a lot of charm. Unfortunately, the pictures that are posted do not show you the amount of personal “stuff” the host has lying around. I think he lives there most of the time, which is fine, but he should remove his personal things and have it cleaned properly so the renters are able to use it without feeling like they are in someone’s house that is currently being occupied.
