"Staff was very friendly. The hotel and the grounds (included an area to walk a dog) were very nice. The breakfast was generous. My only issue was the soundproofing isn't as good as I would have liked. I could hear people shutting their doors during the night. It sounded like someone was vaccuming on the 3rd floor at 5 am. "

"The only drawback for me this was an outside entrance motel room. However, there are camera all around, it’s very well lit. The rooms look like they’ve all been renovated. Staff was great when I had to ask them for something. "

"Very clean. But, some things we expected were missing in rooms. Breakfast was quite limited. But very comfortable for one night."

"My only complaint is that the fridge in our room wasn't getting cold! Other than that - hot water for showers, comfy bed & pillows and ICE COLD A/C! Also conveniently located to grocery stores & spots to eat!"

"Staff and proximities to Exxon gas station/convenience store; 10 minutes from Lamar University. Also, it was quiet and peaceful."
