"Based on other hotels we stayed at in the area, I thought this hotel was overpriced. The room was very small but charming. There is construction going on in the lower level and the trucks made parking tricky. Nice breakfast. About a 10-minute walk into town center. Very quiet area."

Great Place for Ski Trip and More
"Property itself was much nicer and newer than I had thought. Actually much nicer than pics. Must have been largely renovated. It's located at the heart of Val Gardena and chairs/gondola are walking distance from the property. The town is pretty and has tons of good eats and shopping. I highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the XAlp!! The staff were the friendliest and most helpful! The front desk staff were welcoming and did everything with a smile! Luca and Roberto in the bar and dining room were excellent! They gave us suggestions to help with cocktails, wine and meal choices which made our dining perfect! The chef surprised us with he quality and innovation in his dishes, we thought his meals were possibly the best of our two weeks in Italy! The hotel itself was very clean , modern but warm in design. Location… stunning! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!!"

"Overall the place was pretty nice with a very friendly staff and a nice breakfast of a period the only downside was that there weren't many restaurants near the property and many restaurants in the city centre of Pizza were closed at the time we were there. The bus stop was literally right outside the door so that was a plus. We came from Bolzano on the 180 bus and should have gotten off at the albergo rizzi stop but went to the last stop in Pera and had to walk back a little ways. The tourism office in the town of Pizza told us which gondolas and chair lifts were open in the area so I recommend that. "
