“It was a nice, newly renovated room. New owner was nice and friendly. Better than I thought for a Rodeway Inn. Noise from the highway was a little loud, but that is typical for many hotels. I overslept for having the breakfast. But the owner offered me a drink at check-in…I took a 7-up. Also offered chips, which I didn’t take…but nice to have a snack offered at check-in. I would stay there again”

“Honestly this is a terrible place to stay. The floors were so disgusting and dirty they turned my white socks black. The continental breakfast was abysmal. They were doing construction in the room above us and shut off the water to the room without giving us notice. When we went to speak with staff about the water the construction workers were incredibly rude and dismissive and said “the water will be turned back on when we turn it back on.” The only nice thing I have to say about this stay was……

“The Rest Hotel in downtown Plymouth is a gem of a find! Quaint, cute, perfect location, perfect amenities, and the rooms were much better than "normal" hotels. However, the best part of our visit was the staff. They are caring, responsive, polite, and fun! My wife will only stay at the Rest Hotel when we return to Amador County Wine Country!”

“This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need. There was a coffee maker and tea, grill on the patio, and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner each day of our stay with……
