“Absolutely, I’m looking forward to staying here again. Staff were great. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. Probably, the only hotel with a breakfast buffet INCLUDED with the stay. The cook needs a QR code for tips because many of us don’t carry cash.”

“The hotel is a beautiful heritage building however the room, while clean and comfortable, has not been updated. The staff were amazing and they have a library room where you can help yourself to coffee and tea. It’s a 3-star hotel and it’s what we expected.”

“Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I also think the landlord uses AI to manage the property. Responses seem computer generated. Area is not great either. ”

“This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again.”
