“Yes the bath rooms were dirty and they were in dire need of repair . Mold around the tubs, a dirty ring arond the tub, brown ring around the drain. The second room shown had standing water in the tub and a broken drain fixture.Enamel was completrly gone in both bathrooms tubs and they looked dirty.staff was rude and manager was very untrained. Not helpful at all.”

“There was hair all in the shower. A dead roach under the sink. Room was nice. Staff was nice when checking in”

“The room was not as clean as expected, which was disappointing. The elevator was also out of service during the stay, making it inconvenient to get around the hotel. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but it was decent enough to start the day.”

“Room were not well kept. Very loud and the whole second floor smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was minimal options and taken over by a group that seemed to be staying long-term at the hotel. Would not recommend staying here.”

“Staff were rude and acted bothered about having to do their job. Room was dirty. Spider webs hanging from the ceiling. Fingerprints all over the fridge, TV, microwave. You can tell a vacuum hasn't been passed in ages. The tub was peeling away. Hair and dirt all over the bathroom. The toilet was stained and would not stop running. There were sketchy looking young ladies walking around at all times of the night. My son saw pills on top of the outside vending machine. Another one of his friends……

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Cigarette ashes in drawers, no toilet paper holder on the wall, water to the sink was turned off below the sink. I changed hotels the next day. ”

“I love the Receptionist. All who were there during my stay. Everyone made me feel safe and comfortable. I recommend providing the facility with more breakfast (eggs) especially as they go so fast. The Mom receptionist is Absolutely amazing and her staff!!! My daughter enjoyed the fitness area .. and COMFY BEDS ”

“The whole thing!, very inviting lobby, Shelyn was very kind and helpful during check in and for recommendations for foods, restaurants and things to do! Bed comfy, very clean room, lots of lighting. Great breakfast with a variety of options. First hotel I’ve ever had chicken and waffles complimentary! Yummy! Fun checked me out and she’s also very sweet! So good to have Filipina women working at this hotel! Will definitely come back ”
