We stayed in room 233 a suite. The first night we had no heat in our room, the tvs didn’t work, and the water for a shower was only luke warm. Around 1pm on the second day they moved us to another room that was a regular double room. The water situation remained the same but we did get heat in the new room. The room was $181.24 per night. I would not have stayed if we were not attending a Mardi Gras ball at this venue. Room was OK, could have been cleaner but the bedding was good. The ice machine was broken, and no washer and dryer on 2nd floor and the carpet is filthy. Water for shower was warm not hot. Accent chair in the room was nasty. We stayed for 3 nights and no room cleaning was done during our stay. The place needs a face life , old stained carpet , stained tubs and they cues fed thei breakfast. Not at all what I remember from 10 years ago . Will not go back for the price . In a positive note what was there was clean and the bed comfortable, pillows are old .
