“This is a very unreliable hotel; it's the first hotel I've ever been scammed in all my travels across America.”

“This hotel is great for families or students because it's just so big with a huge space to gather and the breakfast is always great. All of the staff is so friendly every single one of them we will be staying there again in the future, even though the hotel hasn't been updated much, it feels like a blast from the past our bed was very comfortable.”

“ Dining area clean. Got thete at 8:15. No eggs or sausage, most coffee containers empty. Potatos were hard. Attendant in no hurry to regoll. Looked like cleaning staff was having breakfast too. Refrig cabinet vrnier peeling. Door gasket comong off Room 302. Place could use some TLC. OVERALL it was adequate. ”

“Check in was supposed to start at 3. I showed up at 4 and was told my room wasn’t ready and asked if I could come back in a few hours. Hours?! I explained I had a work function to be at at 5 and needed to change and get ready. Front desk was nice but says they only have two house keepers and she doesn’t want to “piss them off”. Literally no other assistance. I waited almost an hour and had to let my work know I was going to be late. I didn’t get a room key until 5:10. Other issue I had was when……

“Great Breakfast, both food and staff. The wifi didn't work and neither did the TV. When I called to have this fixed, I had to call three times. The third time they told me that forgot what room I was in. The TV never got fixed.”

“The room was just okay. It appeared to be clean, but there were several light bulbs out, the room was dated and need to be upgraded. The shower tile looked as if someone had begun the repair by removing the caulking but did not replace it. The toilet also did not flush well and should have been replaced. ”

“Gave us keys to a room already occupied! Took a bit to get the hot water to start running! Back in the day, Motel 6 was really a nice place to stay. Guess times are a changing! They do allow pets though - for free!”

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“Nowhere did it say that they were renovating and had construction stuff all over the way remove the carpet in the hallways, but left the spikes exposed. The bedsheets were stained and looked. Dirty. Pillows were owed ceiling was coming off a bit. Bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. Staff took forever to check you in. Also toilet seat was broken.”
