“I booked an accessible room, but was assigned a standardly equipped room. Critical mistake.”

“When I made this reservation back in March the agent handling the reservation spoke very broken English and was hard to understand, likewise she had a hard time understanding me. As I guessed she didn’t reserve the type room I wanted. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk person was very understanding and gave us the room I needed, a one bedroom suite. Moving your reservation call center to the US would be definite asset. We have stayed here many times in the past and always found it to be……

“I made a reservation a month ago and when I arrived I had to wait three hours before I could check in . There was hair around the toilet where it wasn't cleaned properly, hair in the bathtub and hair on the sheets. Sheets were dirty, clothes from a previous guest were left in the dresser drawer and the microwave was dirty.. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this motel.”

“The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though.……

“Location is in a bad part of town. The bed is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, we were barely able to get sleep due to the cars riding though the neighborhood with loud bass and doing burnouts too.”
