“Staff is just amazing!! Front desk manager if 10 stars. We stayed 2 nights and at times felt we were in a cozy ski chalet. Some folks may write not so nice reviews of this hotel.. however… it is not the Ritz Carlton… if that’s what you are expecting stay somewhere else. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Would have liked a microwave but it was just down the hall. The breakfast was basic .. but included!!! Coffee, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt. If you NEED more than that………
