“This home was exactly what we needed for our three day visit to Edinburgh. All communication was accurate and easy. The home was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. It was very well stocked and we wanted for nothing. Good bed and lovely shower. Access to the city was easy with the bus stop right outside. Coffee shop and small supermarket across the road and a “chippy” around the corner. Lucky to have found it and would highly recommend it!”

“The ladies were fantastic hosts and so sweet, nothing was too much. They had provided fresh milk and flowers on arrival which was a lovely gesture!The tea and coffee containers were stocked for a much needed cuppa on arrival. Not all airbnbs provide this and it was greatly appreciated. The coffee was enjoyed on the 1st floor private balcony of the property while watching the sunrise over the Cromwell harbour. There's ample parking and they do also have an allocated space for the apartment.The……

“This was such a great to stay for our few days in Leith. Light, bright, oh so spacious and even came with a washing machine! Yes the condition of the entranceway and corridor did leave much to be desired but once inside the apartment we could see why it received such good reviews. “The hotel is well located near public transports and shops. However, the general cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. There were hairs around the bathroom sink and rust under the toilet seat not to mention the kitchen sink was not clean and dust on the floor along the walls. “Beautiful flat, spacious, home away from home, with stunning views of Calton Hill. My 12 yo daughter and I were able to walk everywhere. Also a convenient Tesco around the corner to fill the fridge. I recommend reading manuals for washer and stove if you’re not from Europe It is a 3rd floor walk up, so extra exercise :) I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Martin!”

“This modest 2 bedroom apartment situated us well for our 2 night stay in Edinbugh. Off the center of the bustling city, a 25 minute stroll gained you access to all the sites. Even walkable, was Arthur's Seat and Holyrood where we happened upon the King's helicoptor landing for the annual Garden Party. Magical! Don't let the access from the alley and strret noise concern you. We felt very secure and loved the neighborhood establishments! ”

“Perfect Location and Accommodations. We were located across the street from Dynamic Earth and only steps from Hollyrood Palace. The Royal Mile and all the sights were a walkable distance. Check in is very easy. The concierge was very helpful. There is a lift which makes luggage carrying very easy. We arrived during a heat wave. There was no air conditioning, but all the windows kept the apartment very comfortable. Beautiful views from the rooms. Very comfortable beds. Wonderful……

“ The host was very helpful as we had difficulty finding the apartment due to road closures and diversions but when I first went in through the door I was shocked at the state of the property. The flat smelt dirty, and of mould and on inspection it was filthy, no cleaning had been done. Dust on all services, food on utensils, mould and dirt on door handles, rubbish on the floor. “We stayed five days and had a great time. It was easy getting wherever we wanted: walking the Royal Mile, getting to the train station or tram or just wandering the small side streets. The ground floor flat was far enough off the Mile as to be quiet and the listing was accurate. Beds were comfortable and the living room was great for relaxing after a busy day.
