“We had a very nice time at our stay in Gifford. The town is quaint and in a beautiful setting. We were visiting Edinburgh so had to take a taxi to Haddington then bus to Edinburgh so keep that in mind if you’re not renting a car. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the internet going out but we appreciated the management company responding quickly to help us resolve.”

“I want to gatekeep this review - this was such a fantastic stay. The Townhouse is fantastic! Such great attention to detail and Alexander/Erika were so good at communicating with me; proactive and timely always. The room itself was large, spacious and so well appointed. Mattress was comfortable, the little kitchen perfect, the bathroom large and plush towels. “All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. "Location is good ,at the main street, apartment is big ,but dusty and not suitable for family trip especially with senior coz is 2nd floor and no lift, should mention not suitable for disabled persons is better . Spider web on head of the bed,a lot of insect,suggested have a deep cleaning Have the live band bar restaurant at ground floor, so it's really noisy until 2am, can't sleep well especially we have to wake up at 6pm for the highland tour. The door handle of bathroom inside the bedroom doesn't work, l was locked in bathroom after shower, luckily my son released me. Honestly, if you are young couples, it's a good choice for this apartment coz really good location to restaurant, bar, supermarket and shopping mall! But if you travel with kids or elderly, not recommended"
