"The hotel staff were excellent, warm and welcoming. Our room was a standard double , and catered for everything we needed and potentially what we may need during our stay. Our room faced the garden so was nice and quiet , though I will say if you faced the street , it would have been the same experience as the hotel is on a quiet street. It is centrally located , and only a few minutes walk to Princess Street , restaurants , bars and shops and some of the sights Edinburgh has to offer.
The quality of the cooked breakfast was top notch and plenty of alternative options if you wished a “healthier” or “lighter” option to start your day. Check out was not to 12 midday, providing you with a much more relaxed morning before you leave.
If we come back to Edinburgh , Voco Hotel is definitely high on my list to return. Thankyou all for a very pleasant stay and excellent service. Hotel Voco , you have a great team of staff who take immense pride in their jobs , and so be very proud of them too !"
