“The room was dingy and dated. There are marks on the walls from patching, but it just makes them look dirty. The carpet is old. Some of the charging ports didn’t work and there weren’t outlets near both sides of the beds. It’s farther from the Strip and is a pretty good walk to the main pool too. On the positive side, Cindy is helpful and always quick to reply to messages. The beds were comfortable (although the pull-outs were not). The valet parking is so convenient and they are really……

“The host was excellent, but the service at the hotel was horrible. We were at the reception counter for one hour to check in.. We gave the reception our confirmed paper reservation. They call Expedia and talk to them and Expedia verify our reservation. The manager had to call Expedia again after the receptionist had already called Expedia one time. .Someone in the hotel office type in the wrong dates. I paid for 49 days and the employee enter 9 days in their system. No apology or nothing given……

“We absolutely loved staying here! The room had everything we could possibly have needed and was super clean. Having a balcony was great, and we love the pools at Signature at MGM Grand (only the Tower 2 pool was open when we were here this time around, but it was not crowded at all). Check-in was a breeze, and all of the staff we interacted with were sooooo nice. The free valet parking was wonderful.
