“Hello, I wanted to share some concerns about my recent stay and request your help in reviewing whether a partial refund might be appropriate. When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. I was told that because my reservation was booked through Expedia and listed as a private room, the hotel was unable to make any adjustments and that I would need to contact the host through the booking platform if I needed……

“This property was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with large bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The valet service was convenient, and using Lyft or Uber to get around town was easy. The balcony offered a nice and private view, which we really enjoyed. You can see the sphere light up through one of the windows. The gyms in Buildings 1 and 3 were both very nice and well-maintained. While some reviews mention the walk to the MGM pools and casino, we didn’t……
