"Everything was fine until we used the stairway when the elevator stopped working. It was downright scary. It looked like a hobo was living down there. Trash everywhere. No lights on. Had to use flashlights to avoid the garbage. Disgusting "

"My family absolutely loves staying at Virgin Hotels! The room is very comfortable, spacious, and always clean. One detail I really appreciated is the mini vanity with great lighting—it makes doing your makeup so much easier and more comfortable. The bathroom is also quite spacious and convenient. The only thing I wish the room had is a microwave and a fridge, especially to store leftovers or snacks for later. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and we truly enjoy it every time!"

"If you want just a place to take a rest your head, take a bird bath and nothing else then this is your place. During my stay the bathroom sink would clog up, and leak underneath to which I had to use the 2 towels I was afforded to soak of the water. Front desk and management was made aware and never was we offered a room change, maintenance was supposed to come however 2 days later maintenance never arrived. The shower pressure is that of lazy rainfall at best so don’t expect even that much being at quality standards. The elevators did not work (5 total w/ only 1 sub par overworked one running sparingly) forcing me and many other guests to walk up and down the stairs throughout our entire stay. The pool hours are only available till 6pm. House keeping is not a daily amenity so don’t expect it at all. There is no room service available. Onsite there is a minimally staffed steak and shake on premises, the Hooters is closed. The entire establishment is VERY VERY VERY rundown. The staff was courteous and very nonchalant about complaints. This is definitely not a 3- star establishment 2 at best."

"I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any coffee maker, fridge or microwave in the room. You’re basically forced to pay 9.00 for a cup of coffee every morning! You can’t eat any left over food because there was no way to keep them refrigerated and nothing to reheat! The pool closed everyday at 5 pm This will not be a place where I will stay again! "
