“The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain.……

“We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. We were escaping a bad rental experience in a neighboring city, and the modernity, comfortable beds, and cleanliness of this place were a welcome change. The kitchen is small but cozy and workable. Caretaker David was wonderful and highly responsive before checkin, at our arrival, and daily with his check-ins on WhatsApp. We greatly appreciated his service and availability. The unit is just off Salida a Celeya and 2 blocks from CityMarket and La Comer. But……

“Condominio San Miguel was an excellent and very safe place to stay. The facilities and amenities were brand new with two large bedrooms, a large dining & living room, and fully functional kitchen. It had a nice heated shared pool and rooftop deck to relax. It is located outside the downtown core of San Miguel de Allende but Ubers are easy to order, fast, and economical. Even though it's on a busy road, we found it very quiet and slept really well. Highly recommended.”

“The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍. In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. ”

“The host was great with communication from before check-in till after we checked out. We loved that we had the option to hire the house cleaner to cook for us as well and she made us breakfast each morning. This property is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Its location is perfect as well because we were able to park our car in a near by garage and walk to el centro, as well as many other places. We would definitely stay here again when visiting SMA”
