Room had a weird smell, not too bad but noticeable. The second day I had no hot water and the only thing they offered to make it up was to give me late check out until they solved the issue. I had no time since I had to leave already so couldn't take a shower. They did not try their best to solve the issue or at least make it up somehow.

Front desk lady is uptight, they need more people service genuine attitude. Best to book via Expedia their hotel rates are expensive. They say pool is warm but is not if days are rainy or cold. Pool area is not safe for kids, the filter covers are broken or not around. My son fall on it and got big scratch and hit. Told the waiter and he didn’t care. I have pictures

Staff exceeded my expectations: very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. My family, a group of 16, were greeted and appreciated throughout our 3-day stay. We made use of the pool, ate breakfast, enjoyed margaritas at the bar and used the arcade. Very pleasant stay and will return in the future.

Great location. The rooms are a bit tired and could use a refresh. Staff were friendly. Wish the pool opened earlier to do swim workouts. The staff had a lot of work each morning to remove the flower petals from the beautiful tree that hangs over the pool.

Mi estadía fue de 6 noches. Entonces puedo hablar de muchos detalles. El servicio de restaurante a la habitación REALMENTE MALO la persona que responde el teléfono nunca tomó la orden como la pedí, y lo hice al menos 4 veces. Las toallas MUY VIEJAS, FEAS Y ASPERAS. Las almohadas HORRIBLES totalmente duras y parecían más cojines de sala que almohadas. La cama NO es cómoda.

The lock on our door was broken which meant endless trips to the front desk to get help with access. There should be a railing to help get in and out of the pool. The room was worn. The cleaning staff was excellent. Maybe good for families. Good location.
