Some staff did not understand English but tried to be helpful. Found that to be frustrating. Alexandria pretty town, lots of lakes and restaurants.”

“Mint House is a wonderful property to stay in. It is attractively decorated, comfortable & roomy for gatherings. Nicely stocked in kitchen & bathrooms, especially loved the coffee nook. Landscaping & outdoor living spaces were also appreciated. Property is perfect for families or a good friends reunion, as in our case.Its location was ideal, walkable to downtown restaurants/shops, the lake, & museums. Battle Lake is beautiful relaxing lake town. Communication with the owners was admirable;...

“everything was fantastic and more than we expected.. there was food waiting for us which was a thoughtful touch. and we did alot of food prepping for sn event and the kitchen was fully stocked and made our chore easy.. the funnest surprise was the junk drawer... who doesnt love a junk drawer.. we were all like a bunch of tourist looking in the junk drawer like it was the main event!!! haha we would rent this space again in a heartbeatthank you john for your excellent communication!!”
